How to create your first ChatLab chatbot

In this guide, we will walk you through the steps to create an AI chatbot using ChatLab. Whether you are building a chatbot for customer support, sales, or any other purpose, ChatLab provides a simple and intuitive process to get you started.

1. Create new chatbot

After signing in you see the main Chatbots screen. This shows your existing chatbots (if any) with subscription details on the right. Click on the ChatLab tutorial videos button if you want to learn step-by-step how to create a chatbot, or if you know how to do it just click the New Chatbot button.

2. Enter the name of your new chatbot

Enter name of your chatbot and click Create Chatbot

3. Test your chatbot and move on to training

The chatbot is now created, however it still doesn’t know anything about your business. You can test it by clicking in the “Type a message…”. Say “Hello” or anything you want! You can try out what the chatbot knows and how it responds to your questions.

After doing initial test, let’s go to Training. Click on Training tab at the top of the screen
